Wilbur Ventura was the Technician that treated our home today. He did an excellent job. He’s the best we’ve ever had and we’ve been here almost 7 years. We mentioned we had some spiders in the garage so he sprayed in the garage. He sprayed and treated all around our home. He did inside the lanai all around the walls, the pool cage, outside the pool cage & the flowers outside the pool cage. He sprayed all around the windows, especially the front near the Palm Trees & plants. I would highly recommend him. I’m going to call the office to see if I can request him to be our Technician regularly.

Jason was exceptional with the Inspection of my home. He discovered bedbugs as the culprits . He explained thoroughly the process for eliminating the problem. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. The first treatment has now been completed and I’m able to sleep in my own bed again. Thank you, Jason ! Jason was great with the inspection. David was fabulous with the actual treatment of the bedbugs. He was helpful and pleasant and the work was obviously very effective. My thanks to both Jason and David for jobs very well done!

Technician subsequent visit to ensure no eggs hatched from initial spray went well on schedule. Nice fellow. I have a storage shed rear of house that should be treated. Next visit hopefully they can foregoing equivelent section of house that would be treated to forego extra costs to company. Ty, RHM.

I recently had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to leave a review. While I was out in public, I witnessed Carlos Gomez go out of his way to help an elderly woman who had fallen in the rain. Without hesitation, he stepped in, helped her up, and made sure she was okay. It was genuine, compassionate, and really spoke to his character.I work for an apartment complex, and seeing what he did for that elderly woman is exactly what made me recommend this company to my higher-ups. I specifically told them that if we were going to work with this company, I wanted Carlos Gomez.  I even made sure to ask for his name at the time because I knew his actions deserved recognition. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that kind of initiative and shows that level of kindness while still maintaining professionalism. Carlos is truly an asset to the company, and I highly hope he gets the recognition that he deserves!
