We had a few pest control companies come out and Prodigy stood out because they were very educated and mentioned some things the other companies did not. Josh was the gentleman to set up our appointment and he was very polite and informative. Justin was the tech that came out and he did a great job educating us and was very professional. Our business switched To Prodigy a few months ago . We cannot say enough about the company and the great customer service from the front office ( Payton). She has been very responsive and very accommodating. Nick our serviceman went out of his way to introduce the company, his job and what their expectations are. Nick met me on a Saturday to go over our monthly service and explained in detail what the plan was. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. I always receive an update once the service is complete and if I have any questions or if he has any concerns, he is very good about addressing them immediately after the service. Highly recommended for any business or home. Very reasonable and experts in their field!.
