Again, Terry came on time as usual. We really enjoy having the same technician each visit and Terry knows what our particular needs are and does an excellent job in addressing any concerns we have. This month Terry was our technician and he did an outstanding job taking care of our exterior, pool lanai etc. We had some ant hills developing on the side of our house and he addressed that issue. Good job, Terry, we appreciate your thoroughness in caring for our home.

Today, our technician was Chris Stack house and he did an excellent job and was very thorough. We especially asked him to check the pool cage and treat for spiders and he covered it all. Good job Chris, thank you so much.

Geovanni was our technician today and he did an excellent job. We haven't had any issues except some spiders inside the pool cage. Geovanni took very good care of us and offered some tips to keep our home bug free.

   I had my first pest control appointment today and cannot recommend them enough! Every person you speak to is so kind and informative. Carlos did our service and was extremely nice and respectful in our home.    I am new to Protege Pest Control after trying a couple of other companies, and this is my 5th treatment in the past two months. Out of all the technicians, Ian Fetter was by far the most attentive. He listened carefully and took his time to hunt down the areas where the ants were coming from. Ian didn’t rush the process, thoroughly removed spider webs, and explained everything clearly. He even offered to circle back after completing the outdoor treatment.
