An effective mosquito treatment plan requires several different attack strategies to guarantee a great result. Below are the steps we take that make us the best Mosquito Control option in Florida.

Initial Knockdown. To ensure you see drastic and immediate results, we start with an aggressive initial treatment to knock out those mosquitos that are already invading your property. We use a contact killer product that we fog onto all foliage plants, roofline, covered areas and lanai screens to give you that immediate relief from the mosquitos.
(IGR) Insect Growth Regulator. We use an IGR (insect growth regulator) focusing on making the adults sterile so they can’t reproduce which will not show in your initial treatment but in the long run you’ll see that the population starting dying down. This will eliminate any mosquitos that nest and reproduce on and around your property.
The Return. The mosquito products we are using are most effective when applied every 28 days. We recommend service monthly but do not require a contract. However, to ensure a noticeable decrease in mosquito population, we highly recommend some sort of normal maintenance.
Reduction Guarantee. Obviously no pest control expert can guarantee the elimination of each and every mosquito as this would be impossible without treating the entire state of Florida. Even then, mosquitos are extremely mobile and can fly in from other areas.    I am new to Protege Pest Control after trying a couple of other companies, and this is my 5th treatment in the past two months. Out of all the technicians, Ian Fetter was by far the most attentive. He listened carefully and took his time to hunt down the areas where the ants were coming from. Ian didn’t rush the process, thoroughly removed spider webs, and explained everything clearly. He even offered to circle back after completing the outdoor treatment.
